RATIFICACIÓN O NO DEL NOMBRAMIENTOS DE LOS MIEMBROS PROPIETARIOS Y SUPLENTES DEL ÓRGANO SUPERIOR QUE CONFORMARÁN LA COMISIÓN PARA PROMOVER LA COMPETENCIA (COPROCOM), SEGÚN PÁRRAFO SEGUNDO DEL ARTÍCULO 7 DE LA LEY N° 9736 LEY DE FORTALECIMIENTO DE LAS AUTORIDADES DE COMPETENCIA DE COSTA RICA

ResponseEste proyecto de ley busca que el Congreso decida si aprueba o rechaza a las personas que fueron elegidas para ser los nuevos miembros de la Comisión para Promover la Competencia (COPROCOM), el organismo que vela por la libre competencia en los mercados. La decisión afecta directamente a quienes fueron nombrados para esos puestos, pero también a todas las empresas y consumidores del país, ya que de ello depende que esta entidad funcione correctamente para evitar monopolios y prácticas desleales.
